Operator. WaterHeating.ca is operated by CANRO Heating & Cooling (“CANRO”, “we”). Using the site means you accept these terms.

Information, not instructions. Catalogue content (specifications, manuals, fault codes, guides) is provided for general information and is compiled from manufacturers’ published material with the date it was checked. It does not replace the manufacturer’s manual, a licensed gas technician or local code requirements. Never attempt gas adjustments, safety bypasses, relief-valve modifications or repairs on gas or electrical equipment yourself.

Ballpark estimates. The instant estimator gives a ballpark range only. It is not a quote, offer or contract. Final pricing requires an assessment of your water heater, property, hot-water demand and installation requirements and is provided in writing.

Enquiries and consultations. Submitting a form creates a request, not a booking. Appointments are confirmed by CANRO directly. We do not guarantee response times unless stated in a written agreement.

Service area. On-site services are offered only in the communities listed on the service-areas page. Availability is confirmed by phone.

Trademarks. Manufacturer names and model designations belong to their owners and are used to identify equipment. WaterHeating.ca is not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer unless stated on a page with a source.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, CANRO is not liable for loss arising from reliance on catalogue information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for work performed under a written service agreement, which is governed by that agreement.
