About this service

Warranties cover parts and tanks on their published terms and exclude the rest: labour is not covered on most tank warranties, consumable anodes are excluded, and manufacturers route claims through licensed contractors with installation and maintenance records. This service prepares and files the claim so the covered part is replaced without the homeowner fighting the paperwork alone.

The service is also where the honest advice comes out: if the unit is out of warranty or the repair exceeds the value of the tank, the recommendation is a replacement with a free estimate, not a claim that will be declined.
