About the Voltex heat-pump water heaters
The Voltex name is Giant's residential heat-pump water heater family on its Canadian site. Heat-pump units use a fraction of the electricity of resistance elements, need adequate surrounding air (or ducting), a condensate drain and a suitable circuit, and are subject to the current FortisBC and BC Hydro rebate eligibility that requires replacing an existing electric tank.
Series-level placement is published now; each Voltex model with its UEF, storage volume and Canadian spec-sheet source is added as those sheets are verified.
